Most athenianbrands.com orders include a production phase (art prep, proofing if applicable, printing/finishing) followed by carrier transit time. Shipping speed selections affect transit time only and do not override production/queue times.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your SHIP TO address before checkout. Returned shipments due to invalid/undeliverable addresses may require additional postage and handling fees to reship.

Expedited Shipping

• Expedited methods apply to carrier transit only.
• Weekend/holiday carrier schedules may affect delivery dates.
• If you have a hard deadline (events, launches, gifts), contact us before ordering so we can recommend the best option.

Combined Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship together or in separate packages depending on production timelines and fulfillment locations. When items ship separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Digital Deliverables

Digital products (downloads, design files, mockups, proofs) are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges.

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location and with neighbors/building staff first. If still missing, contact us within 72 hours so we can help you file a carrier inquiry.

Made-to-Order Items

Most athenianbrands.com physical products are made to order. Because items are produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color selections.

Reprints for Defects or Errors

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the approved proof (when proofs are used), we’ll reprint or refund at our discretion.
• To qualify, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos (and packaging photos if damage occurred in transit).

Proofing Responsibility

If your order includes a proof, your approval confirms layout, spelling, placement, and overall design intent. After approval, athenianbrands.com is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Digital Products

Digital deliverables (downloads, design files, mockups, proofs) are generally non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where the file is corrupted or materially unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Unresolved disputes or chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Address & Payment Verification

For fraud prevention, some orders (especially new accounts or high-value orders) may require additional verification. This can include confirming billing/shipping details or re-authorizing payment.

Card Authorization Holds

Your payment method may show an authorization hold before the final charge is captured. Holds are managed by your bank and typically clear automatically.

Turnaround

Digital delivery timelines vary by service (e.g., AI generation, custom design, proof-based workflows). Estimated turnaround is shown on the service page and/or communicated during the order process.

Many athenianbrands.com products are produced on demand. Turnaround time depends on the product type (stickers, apparel, prints, signage) and the current production queue.

If a proof is required, production begins after approval. Expedited shipping selections do not bypass proofing or production queues.

On-screen previews are for reference. Colors may vary by monitor, device, lighting, material, and print method.

Where offered, proofs help confirm layout and placement, but minor color shifts may still occur between digital previews and physical output.

If you require strict color matching (brand standards), contact us before ordering so we can recommend the best workflow (proofing, samples, or matched print methods where available).

Rights to Print

By submitting artwork, text, logos, or designs, you confirm you have the rights, permissions, and licenses necessary for athenianbrands.com to produce the item(s).
