The active Athenian Data Intelligence deployment is a separate 0.1.0 runtime that reads _apic_cost_total as a fallback cost source; the current site contains zero rows for that key. Keep APIC installed and inactive until the owner confirms whether this dormant metadata contract is retired or must remain available for future cost capture.

The source folder is the reviewed implementation boundary for this pass; runtime behavior remains deployment-dependent; the GitHub repository identity for this documentation baseline is verified.

Technical Architecture

Bootstrap Structure

The main plugin file defines APIC constants, legacy compatibility constants, HPOS compatibility, activation/deactivation hooks, and the boot sequence for three merged layers:

1. Inventory module — warehouses, bins, stock, moves, reservations, intake, replenishment, vendor inventory, REST, WP-CLI.
2. PSCT module — supplier cost rows, product/variation cost metadata, cost log table, cost reports REST endpoint.
3. APIC wrapper module — materials, machines, recipes, cost engine, WooCommerce cost snapshots, dropship PO signals.

The plugin intentionally keeps legacy constants such as AB_SSM_, AB_INV_, and AB_PSCT_* so merged modules can continue working without heavy refactors.
